I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 5 years, specializing in fitness coaching across various platforms, including commercial gyms and online personal training. I also focus on nutrition coaching and education, helping train the next generation of personal trainers. 


My passion lies in providing in-person training that empowers everyday people to train with confidence and intent, not intimidation, right here in Carina Heights.
